Seguin is strategically located in South Central Texas on Interstate Highway 10. San Antonio, the tenth largest city in the United States, is thirty minutes west of Seguin via IH-10. Easthill is a garden home community with and average lot size of 50’ x100’ or 1/10th acre. There are 45 lots and a landscaped park.  HOA dues are $150 a year.  All plans must be approved by architectural review, and houses must be all masonry construction (brick, stone, stucco, or a combination).
