R&H Construction, LLC dba RH Homes was established in 2005, by Douglas E. Hendricks and Mike Ramos with a common goal to raise the bar in customer service, unique design and quality construction at a reasonable price.

Douglas E. Hendricks, President and Partner of RH Homes, is a results-oriented professional with over sixteen years of exposure to real estate and business development experience. After attending Southwest Texas State University he concentrated on the Real Estate Appraisal Industry appraising both Commercial and Residential Real Property. In 1994, Doug became Owner and General Manager of one of the most highly recognized residential appraisal firms in San Antonio, Texas with a staff of over ten appraisers. Over the past sixteen years Doug and his appraisal firm have appraised over thirty-thousand homes for Banks, Mortgage Companies, Builders, Attorneys and various local and national celebrities. In addition to being retained by large law firms as an expert witness in litigation. Doug possesses the success, ability and overall knowledge to pioneer and develop a company coupled with the long term relationship and reputation with almost every lending institution, developer, realtor and attorney in the local market.

Mike Ramos, Superintendent and Partner of RH Homes, is a hands-on second generation carpenter with over twenty years of experience in custom cabinet design and production. After serving four years in the United States Airforce he concentrated on the development and management of a family owned and operated custom cabinet company. Specializing in hand crafted, real hardwood custom cabinets. In 2003, Mike began a successful custom trim and door company. Specializing in the art of extensive trim work such as three piece crown molding, judges paneling, cased openings and elaborate chair rails. Mike has been contracted to trim some of the most elegant and custom homes by some of the most highly recognized architects within the local market. Mike possesses the success, ability and a carpenter’s eye for detail to prepare and oversee the construction of each dream home coupled with a proven track record along with many satisfied repeat customers.
